This background research helps us to guide you along the most appropriate and cost-effective path.

Together we will identify what you want your website to achieve and we’ll talk through the best options. Then we’ll guide you through our complete strategy and website design process so that you end up with a great website live on the web.

Finally, we help train you and your staff and set a plan for ongoing maintenance. We don’t leave clients high and dry. It’s made with user-friendly software that you can use. If you decide down the track that you need more help – then of course that’s fine too.

What you get:

We’ll meet with you to discuss your business or organisation and what you want out of your website. We’ll work with you to plan your website to help achieve your goals. We will provide you with simple guidance about creating an effective website to ensure that you select what is most appropriate.

We’ll develop the website based on the plan agreed in our meeting. This pack includes up to five (5) pages, however additional pages can be added for a minimal fee. You’ll review it before we put it up live on the web. To avoid additional design costs we use templates, your existing logo and other photos/images you have. You will need to supply the words for the website. We can refine and edit the text or arrange other images, photos or design at an additional cost. An online shopping cart and other functionality will incur an additional fee.

We’ll give you a simple plan to help you maintain the website yourself. An outdated website can be worse than not having one!

This includes the presentation of the ongoing maintenance plan and guidelines, as well as basic training for your relevant staff (a maximum of 2 staff are included in the fee). At the end of this session your staff will be able to manage the daily maintenance of the website.
